How to Fill Up Work Style Preferences

Let your team know your working style preferences. Here’s how to do that.

1. Fill up the question with blank fields. You also have the option to choose from pre-determined answers and add extra notes as needed.

2. For self-descriptor scales, click the circle closest to what you feel best reflects you.

How to Edit Working Style Preferences

You can edit your working style preferences anytime. To do that, follow these instructions:

1. Go to My Profile.
2. Look for the working style preference you want to edit and click on the pen icon above that section.

3. Edit your answers accordingly then click on "Save." For the scale-type questions, no need to click on "save."
